Special Assembly Janmashtami Grade-KG

Festive occasions provide a wonderful opportunity to introduce our children to India’s rich cultural heritage.

Keeping this in mind, a special assembly was conducted by the students of KG Tulips on Janmashtami to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

The assembly began with children introducing the event, followed by a heartfelt prayer. The story of Lord Krishna’s birth was presented through a series of tableaus. A meaningful thought inspired by the friendship between Krishna and Sudama was shared by a student. The children then recited a cheerful rhyme about Lord Krishna and sang the bhajan “Chhoti Chhoti Gaiya.” The assembly featured a lively dance performance and ended with a playful dahi handi activity.

Overall, the assembly was a joyous and educational experience, celebrating Janmashtami while fostering the holistic development of the children.
